DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The Avionics Bay is the heart of the rocket, holding all the electronics needed for the deployment of the recovery system. Thanks to a lightweight LiPo battery the whole assembly weights less than 80 grams.
The MPU 6050 is the arduino sensor used to deploy the parachute. An ' if ' clause is set up to open the recovery system when the gravitational acceleration vector is projected on the X or Y axis for the most part.

The ogival nose cone is hollow on the inside, saving as much weight as possible. It holds the parachute inside a small compartment, ready for its deploy at apogee.
With the help of a blender simulation we can estimate the parts that cause the most drag and optimize them for a smoother, longer flight. The red particles represent air slowing down as it moves down the rocket.
